MEET THE OWNER:
Carlos Plascencia was born and raised in Watsonville. He has been a licensed general contractor since 2021 and has been working in construction for the past eight years as a carpenter, gaining experience from some of the best local builders. He is currently obtaining his AA degree in construction management from Cabrillo College. He has also acquired the following certificates from Cabrillo:
